I have the Garmin Forerunner 610. I LOVE it! If is VERY accurate! It has GPS and does interval training for my walk/run. It is expensive... but worth it!

I lost 4 pounds my first week on MFP!! I was worried too! Thanks for posting this... it makes me feel better! In the past I was lucky to drink 2 cups of water! I am positive that my change is mostly water. What I am looking forward to is a change in the way my clothing fits!!! =)

P90X is great! It really transforms your body. I think that you already did that though... I did P90X about 6 months before my wedding. I actually got bigger!!! I lose weight during the summer! I am SO stressed during the school year and never make time for myself. I am new to MFP and am hoping that once school starts I will be able to continue using it!

I too am trying to get to 130. My profile pictures are from 2 years ago when I was 130. So it is definitely do-able. I am in between 5'6" and 5'7".

Make time to hit up the hotel's gym. It will definitely help!

I suggest trying on a pair of jeans that used to not fit. If they zip up! Then you KNOW that you are doing something right!
