I am getting married in 32 days.. I was wondering if there is a good work out/food program I can do for maximum toning results in this time period?
I am already pretty fit, 5'4 and around 118, but there is always room for improvement.
Thanks!

I've only been following a heavy lifting regimen for 2 weeks and already notice a difference in the way my arms look. I am using New Rules of Lifting for Women.0

This is very strict but it'll help shred some fat, although I don't see any you need to lose! You are already going to be a BEAUTIFUL bride!

I do recommend you try P90X. Its a tough workout but indeed I did go from blubber to a strict tone in matter of weeks. If you do try it remember the ones on the video are well conditioned and no need to try to keep up with every workout. Do what your body allows you to do and be sure to stretch well.0

Nice website, is this what you use?
Might think about trying.
Will also look into P90X, even though I do have a gym membership I pay for.0 -
lots of protein and lift heavy weights.0

P90X is great, Insanity also gives good results but I think it's geared more towards core strength.0

I get a lot of useful information from this website. I found this specific program recently and figured it be great to shred some fat before an event. Figured I'd save the info for next year when I do the competition.
I've heard a lot of great things about P90X, I have a friend that swears by it and she looks great! I personally prefer the gym over working out at home, keeps my focus.
But peruse that website. There are places to build workouts and/or chose one that you would like to follow. Jamie Eason has some great programs (and recipes) on there also.0 -
I've personally gotten amazing results doing the 30DS (Jillian Michaels). But I also have weight to lose. It definitely changed the look of my body though- my legs, stomach, back and arms all look SO much better!0

P90X is great! It really transforms your body. I think that you already did that though...
I did P90X about 6 months before my wedding. I actually got bigger!!! (the scale stayed the same but I bulked up a bit!!!!) I went to try on my wedding dress and YIKES! The form fitting gown that I had was hard to zip! I did P90X everyday and ate their strict diet of 50% Protein, 30% Carbs and 20% fat. My body was completely transforming. So I stopped P90X and started running. I think P90X is an awesome workout program and would suggest you try it AFTER the honeymoon. With 30 days left before your wedding... you really have to be careful about what you do to your body in regards to your dress!
If I were you, I would do the following:
1. Make sure to eat a very clean diet including drinking your water
2. Get your daily workouts in
3. GET SLEEP
4. Make sure you have your last dress fitting close to your wedding so that they can fix anything last minute!!!
You are going to be so busy this month that you won't even realize it and will lose weight. Seriously. You are going to look beautiful!
PS- The P90X ab workout is awesome! I would do that every other day to make sure you look awesome on your honeymoon!! Here is a link to a youtube video of it:

This is a VERY good point! You have to be aware of that dress!! I remember when I got married (since divorced) the seamstress told me to stop losing weight because my dress wasn't going to fit me the day of! So, I think this is some good advise, eat healthy, get your water, get your sleep, be conscious of your workouts but don't change anything too drastic that would jeopardize the fit of your dress.0
