Kettlebell class 3x / week Gym for cardio 4x / week (treadmill, rower and spin bike) Also going to start Pilates once a week in August

I have a Polar FT40 as well. Just got it and wore it for a kettlebell workout yesterday. I think it UNDERestimates! LOL

I have tons of recipes, but I don't want to have to re-enter them here in order to track them. So I was just wondering if MFP has a recipe site that's already in their database. Guess I'll just use the "quick add" feature when I track 'em.

So happy to find this on my first day at MFP! I'm Tess, I'm 53 and I'm morbidly obese. Yup, I said it. There's no way to sugar coat it...I'm way beyond voluptuous or curvy. I'm fat. FAT! I don't see myself as that fat when I look in the mirror, but when I see photographs....HOLY COW!! Do I REALLY look like that????…

Karen, the DVD "Mastering the Hardstyle Kettlebell Swing" by Mark and Tracy Reifkind is very instructional.
