I started at a tigt 24 loose 26...now 39 lbs down in a loose 22 tight 20. I know its a struggle but you are not alone. We can do this. feel free to add me anyone its nice to have people with the same starting points.

Gettng on the scale and seeing my altime high of 334......Saw my life flash before my eyes. I didnt want it to get anyworse and knew i needed to stop making excuses. Also I am ttc and know my weight is not helping the situation.

Are you going to be trying to concieve later on? if so you might want to store some of your larger clothes in a tote somewhere so you dont have to spend as much money on maternity clothes. But tell yourself that that is the only reason you will ever wear those clothes again.

I am in the same boat been ttc for 8 monthes. everything appears to be normal and it is just the amount of weight. Im not regular because of it. Trying so hard to get things undercontrol so we can concieve. Would love to make new friends going through the same thing...anyone feel free to add me.

definatly cold all the time....and i used to walk around in flip flops in the snow

i try to do lunges and that kind of thing but with me still bieng significantly over weight it does take a huge toll on my knees.....I know you cant spot reduce and i definatly dont want to be a supermodel.....but a little less in that area would be amazing.
