not using shampoo and using conditioner instead
I have definatly been washing my hair more due to the sweatyness from the gym. I have been reading that a good alternative to using shampoo every day is to use just conditioner instead and only shampoo a couple times a week. Has anyone ever tried this? what were your results?

lifting setback.....

Looking for a new scale my current one is 2-3 years old and just seems like it is getting a little tweaky. I never invested any though in a scale before because i wasnt serious about my goals. losing inches everywhere but my hips.
I am down 35 lbs......which i am very proud of. The frustrating thing is I have lost inches everywhere but my hips! its kinda driving me nuts. Any tips on how i can remedy this.
