Im 26 years old 6 feet and 313 lbs. Im struggling to find the right amout of calories.....mfp says 2030 but most days im lucky if i clear 1400. Does anyone know any suggestions to find a definate answer? 2030 seems like so much

i am 5'10, and weigh 370, i had myself on 1800 calories but wasn't losing, i talked to the training team at my gym, they said to bump it up to 2070, which is what MFP, but to eat the extra 200 calories in protein and complex carbs0
