Change in cardio routines

We have all heard you have to change your routines or your body gets used to it. How often do you all change your cardio routine and how much do you tweak it? just looking for examples and ideas to keep my gym experience fresh

    I am not changing my Cardio routine right now . This Week i will be upping it 10-15 mins and will be adding in a total gym work out (mostly work on my abbs and legs) Mon-Wed-Friday and adding in Pilates Tue-Thurs . I am Staring both out at 30 mins a day . I am still dealing with hip pain so taking is some what slow

    our local used book store got in pliates and yoga kits. They come with a DVD and everything you need. it was a great fine for 14.00 i got set up for both.
