Thanks guys. That's put my mind at rest.. I don't plan to obsess over it too much. I'll just log everything each evening & enjoy myself without going too mad! Loosen the reins a little and then back to the deficit with a vengeance until christmas! Better brush up on the cocktail calories lol Cx

I do what you suggested about having whatever the family has but adding a huge side salad. Chilli & rice and spag bol are particularly good with salad. I've managed to ditch the wine Sunday to Thursday but as I've just had carrot sticks and a bottle of wine for my tea I guess I'd better not sign up :-)
