1 Cup Frozen Strawberries 1/2 Cup milk or orange juice 2 containers of key lime pie yogurt *Makes 2 servings I like this recipe because you can make it really low fat by getting fat free yogurt and using skim milk. Throw in a banana to get some added nutrients and to make it creamier.
