Ugh. I did good last week. No breaks. Did eliptical in the mornings followed by 30DS. Then came the weekend, and I skipped both days :( However, I did go to the gym on Saturday, then took my kiddo to a trampoline arena and jumped my butt off. Back to 30DS today though.

Lived through day 3. Whoot whoot! I still hate the jump roping portions though.

Well...I survived day 2. I was a bit more sore than I had anticipated, but muddled through. I will continue with level 1 for the 10 days, then off to level 2. Hopefully I will be at Natalie level and not have to do Anita modifications by then. I still do the wimpy push ups. I guess I better start practicing some planks…

I did the eliptical for 45 minutes, then came home to do Day 1 of 30 DS. I had to take a couple quick breaks, but I am sure it will get easier after a couple days. How did everyone else do?

Count me in too! I do the elliptical several days a week, but really need to mix it up. Since today is about over, I'll start tomorrow.

I don't have a HRM, but I think that the website calorie burn seems more like it. I would expect to burn way more than 158 calories for 45 minutes of running.
