I agree with Caljur - the fact that people are kind enough to take the time to leave a comment is good enough for me! I think we should all pay it forward and encourage each other! Put me down for 13 miles today, I did not update my ticker because it is saved on my work's computer. I will update it on Monday. So i have 170.5 + 13 = 183.5 miles so far.

I have the same problem, and on top of that I have had a c-section. Someone a long time ago suggested to me to become best friends with PLANKS.. and so I have. I know my belly is considerably smaller and after a good plank session I feel my ab muscles hurt really good:)

Hey hun, one thing that I have found to help my sore muscles is upping my protein, try that. I usually have a protien shake for breakfast and after a workout.

I just saw your profile and you have like 8lbs to lose, so of course you will lose at a slower pace than a person who has 100 lbs to lose. Keep at it, exercise and drink lots of water.

When I go crazy on the elliptical I can burn 820-850 cals in 60 mins and that includes rests - this according to my HRM. People work out at different intensities so cals will vary.
