I just did Day 2. It wasn't as hard as Day 1 but it was still hard. I took my dog with me this time so that made it more interesting. Does anyone else find that the app's volume is very low? I have it turned all the way up and I missed 2 of the commands to walk and run.

You can get it at GNC, The Vitamin Shoppe, or Fitrx.com. Many websites sell it. If you go to the Nature's Best Isopure website, they list where you can buy it. I got it offline. However, I think most cities have a GNC or Vitamin Shoppe!

I take my Celexa at night because it will knock me out if I take it during the day. It solved another problem of mine. I used to have a horrible time sleeping at night and it knocks me out lol. Good luck! I really feel for you having both!

When I was going to the gym (before I moved), I would do strength exercises from bodybuilding.com and then do 30 min of cardio. I would have an arm day, leg day, ab day, etc. I would come up with my own routine from that website.

I have been making a shake every morning to take to work. I use.... 1 cup Spinach 1-1/1/2 cups almond milk (original flavor) 1/2-1 cup Frozen cherries or Berry mix Scoop of protein powder 1 Banana I drink it on the way to work or while at work! Trust me, the spinach does not change the flavor either!
