  • Hi, you can snack too....I eat usually sliced apples and 2 tbsp of peanut butter...or banana and peanut butter... I like the options of the apples because the fiber helps me feel full.... But I snack late at night...just have to be choosy... Good luck!!

  • My opinion would be that just workout 20 min a day...it can be anything anytime anywhere...and about diet, choose one thing to delete from your diet and stick with it...mine was coffee...I could drink it all day everyday, now it's one cup only... Good luck!!!

  • The only carbs I intentionally stay away from is past and bread...I do eat tortillias though...and lots of veggies...so i cant really help you there but protein is in tuna,egg whites (liquids are awesome) cheese if you can handle dairy, nuts, beans, chicken... hope this helps a little
  • I hate breakfast...so I usually have a protein shake and a small piece of fruit and then for lunch its usually egg whites, half a link of polish sausage, spinach, peppers, onion, mushrooms...any vegetable that i can throw into a quick omelet... usually lunch is my largest meal!!!
