As others have said, it takes a bit of time.. Example I ate 1/2 cup of egg beaters, 2 slices of 45 calorie wheat bread, 1 tablespoon of butter and thinly slice of pepper jack cheese.. It was 388 calories and I'm stuffed! Just experiment a bit.. You'll figure it out, just don't give up!

Hi, I'm 5',but I'm 37...ive gained 6 pounds in the last six months.. Back at it.. Again... Used to be 105 before kids and now I'm sitting at 148...its a struggle for sure...

It's difficult to be the only one in your family to be healthy! Cook all your own food.. Workout by yourself... I can relate! My kids looked at me funny when I chose egg beaters over pizza tonight! Hang in there, it may not get easier but the end result is worth it!

I tend to burn 300-500 tops...
