I'm new to this thread but starting again on MFP for the third time. Since it's late on the month and I'm still trying to figure out what time works best for me to go to the gym my goal is low at only 15 miles. I'll be muck more ambitious in February!

the trick is to not deprive your self of what you want, you just have to eat it in moderation. if you try to quit cold turkey you'll find yourself wanting it more and will ultimately break down and over eat.

i'm 19 and trying to lose 30 pounds. im half way there. i've seems to hit a wall though. i've been on here a while but i need to start tracking my food better. i've noticed when i don't keep track i just eat whatever i want. its nice to see other people around my age trying to get healthy too
