Thank you! I was just trying to find out if I should eat back my calories I burn from exercise or not. But if I'm only supposed to eat 1,200 calories a day, and I didn't eat them back, I'd only be getting 900 calories a day! That's not enough!

I'm having issues with underwear lines showing through my workout capris! I won't wear thongs! Any ideas? I need something that will cover my bootie, not ride up, but not show the lines either!

Oh NO!! Thats sucks! Applebee's has a LOT of things on their menu that are weight watches and such that show you the calories... That would have been a better choice.. I understand though.. we all have our temptations from time to time. :ohwell:

With the NO-CARB diet you don't do cardio. I never did and it always worked for me.

I said the same thing! When your underware are too big!!! I never really thought about this, until my butt wasn't filling them out anymore and they were starting to not make the marks on my sides! Time to get new ones! From size 8 underware to size 5!!

If it gives you that amount of calories to eat (to loose weight). You should probably stick to that amount if you want to loose weight. Its not going to be easy, but then noone ever says it is.
