That is so exciting! My kids have been out living their lives. They came back and both carried on about how good I looked over Thanksgiving. It is great motivation for me to again concentrate on my lifestyle changes. I'm right there with you. It's great to have MFP friends share their successes!:wink:

I'm a substitute teacher. When the kids tell me I'm mean I say, that's ok my kids call me MOMM- "Mean Ole Mrs. Miller". It's o.k. I treat my kids the same way. Brilliant! I fidget a lot. I toe tap, finger tap, wriggle in my seat. Even when I am laying down some part of my body is moving. Now that I am getting a handle on eating and have stopped pull-ups (to the table LOL) maybe when I reach my goal and I maintain my eating, I won't gain weight back?

It's a bummer the dress isn't working with the pear shape. The good news is you get to go shopping! Put the candy bar money aside, save the calories and use the money for the new LBD!

There are all sorts of around the house activities in the cardio data base. If you are moving at all you should be adding some of those to your exercise log. That's how I get more calories to eat. =) The 1200 is for if you are laying in bed doing nothing.

I went way over when I had friends over, and when I didn't choose between icecream and mojitos. I logged them. It's part of the learning curve. Put it in your notes that you had a great time! 1 day won't hurt. Walk around the block twice. Live and learn.

watch your portions, use a little plate, drink lots of water, and chit chat chit chat (away from the food) I know there are some of your classmates who are in the same place you are!

Go to recipes Add your ingrediants Then let MFP calculate calories. Whenn you eat that meal again click on recipes and on the right hand side is a hidden button that pops up and asks if you want to add your food to your food journal. easie peasie
