Level 1 Day 11 finished yesterday! I'm pretty sure that is the farthest I have gone in my attempts at 30DS, and this group is definitely helping me stay in line!

Level 1 Day 9 done!!! I will have to check my measurements this weekend. I know the scale hasn't changed but I feel much better overall. Did not get too out of breath at dance class last night, which was a change!

taking today off - going dancing tonight! To the person who was having leg pain, listen to your body! Definitely substitute the high impact stuff with so other cardio that doesn't hurt. Level 1 Day 5 I don't do the jumping butt kicks yet because I hurt my knee doing those on one of my prior attempts at 30DS. I do the same movement but with always having a foot on the ground. Level 1 Day 4 I had to take yesterday off but was back at it this morning. I definitely feel an improvement already in my endurance.

I have a sore calf muscle but I still did Day 3, with doing very low impact aerobics (like marching in place instead of jumping jacks and butt kicks with one foot always on the ground). I didn't want to stop the momentum and skip a day already!

Level 1 Day 2 complete! A little tougher to do it today while sore from yesterday! But I still noticed some slight improvements. I will probably stick with Level 1 until I can do the entire workout, which might take 30 days by itself!

Started today too! I've done it before and never been able to keep it going for more than like 10 days. Let's do this!! It felt so great when I was done, and had more energy than I had for a while. I'm tired of carrying 20 extra pounds around with me everywhere I go!

Day 4 Level 1 complete! I put it in as 25 minutes of circuit training. Definitely feeling better with the cardio portions - able to hang in there a little longer each time! Feels good!

Day 3 Level 1 today! I feel like endurance is going up too, already. I had to take off doing it on the weekend but will try to do all 5 days this week! I find that the first circuit (push ups!) is the hardest, and after I get through that one it gets better. very happy I'm doing it though.

No, it will just make it toned and strong. You'll love it! To bulk up you really have to work at it with serious weight training.
