  • The only thing that helps me is knowing that it is the cardio that burns the fat. I LOVE lifting weights but no one can see the muscle from my fat. I sometimes break mine up and do 15 min cardio, lift weights, then 15 min cardio again to break it up some! Hope this helps
  • I would have to say the 4th day was the hardest to avoid the wonderful, delightful, heavenly chocolate I crave and miss so much.
