I decided to turn to quorn, I'm not a veggie but find substituting meat for quorn means not only can u have more because it is so low in cals but its actually really nice! I swear by it now :)

I record absolutely everything even squash and other drinks. I myself absolutely love beer but when I started MFP I realised just how many calories are in it and its just ridiculous some been as high as 300 cals! Slim fast, I usually only manage to stick to it Monday to Friday but I generally loose about 4 pound a week on it!
