Hi all, so I just got the fitbit flex the other day and I absolutely LOVE it, the only problem is I only have two friends on it and would love more to compare steps and other things! If anyone would like to be friends with me on fitbit or on here send me a request and we can start competing in steps :)

I work night shifts and after neglecting my gym membership for so long that it was just wasted money I decided to cancel it. I was wondering what the best workout DVDs are to buy to still get in workouts but to also have just as good results as going to the gym (if this is possible)?

Return to MFP. Friends would be so helpful
