Keep active when you get in your house! Don't sit down go and pack your gym bag, start preparing your meals or if you go strait home from work or wherever then skip the going home and go strait to the gym from work! I go to the gym most days and do biking/running or walking/classes, swimming and everything else. I don't tend to go when I'm at work cause I work nights so don't have much time but definitely go at least 4/5 times a week

That's fantastic :) 3 pound loss a week is what I am hoping for :) Fingers crossed!! Although I have noticed my weight fluctuates a lot on a weekend and the best day for me to get actual results is a Wednesday! But im abit OCD and I like to do everything on a Monday! haha :)

I work nights in a mental health hospital so at night every one is in bed and it is relativley quiet so staying away from the crisps and biscuits is quite hard but I have so far managed it! you can add me aswell, im 1200 calories a day however i do work nights so for 3 or 4 nights a week I tend to not eat that much but I do cook a small healthy meal to take to work with me and it is still around the 1200 calorie mark :)
