I like the cookies and cream w low fat milk or almond milk, but after a while it was too sweet for everyday use. May wanna add a banana or cocoa powder to change it up. For future u may wanna get something mor versatile like vanilla chocolate or strawberry flavored. Don't throw it away use what u have up!!!

Did dips forward yesterday. No weights, but i will use the Jenny Craig weights(10lbs) for tricep shrugs every now and then. Love them!!! Looking forward to shrugs today!! I don't really go too heavy on strugs maybe a 25lb plate for each hand

Actually think it's a pretty good start for a weight training diet. you won't get too muscular unless you're taking some "not over the counter" stuff and lifting heavy. i say try it for a few days and see how it works out!

i used to get confused on this as well, but lately anything consummed afer midnight i log it for that following day. Feel like "technically" its a new day and i don't want those cals added on to the previous day's intake. Its totally a personal preference and up to u. Complete it how u like at your own discrection.

I personally consume calories until i go to sleep. If you're an active person during the day, you'll burn those calories faster than an inactive person regardless of time consumption. I wouldn't recommend going to sleep on heavy starcy foods, fats or carbs though. You may want to stick to more of the fiberous carbs at…
