  • I highly reccomend either high fiber snack bars or Fiber One muffins. They do what naturally does but they make me feel full longer to where I am eating an appropriate amount of calories each day and not feeling all grumbly inside. :) hope my suggestion helps!
  • I need an accountability group too! I always do better at something if I know there are others that are doing the same thing and have my back! Send me a request and we can all work together!!
  • Come on girl you can do it! Go to the gym and get out of the house and off your butt! (I am having the same issue!)
