What a GREAT year this has been, I must say this has been quite a journey for me. One of the hardest things I have ever done. But so worth every bit of the pain. I feel 100% better these days. Thank you for a the nice comments.. I still am working on myself I got 20 more pounds to loss... I will get to my goal!!!!

Just by counting calories and eating in moderation.

It has taken my 7 months to lose 70lbs. So you are right on track. its only about 10 lbs per month... Keep on keeping on... Good job..
