I cannot be trusted to get up with my alarm clock, and also think that, in spite of that, I AM a morning person. My alarm clock does not have a 'snooze' feature, and I set it far enough away that I must get out of bed to shut it off!

I've had the same struggle. This summer, I committed to GO to a power yoga class at least one day per week. I've been trying to do yoga and walk at least 3 other days each week. I often carry a pistol when I walk and have found that a snug pocket holster is effective. It can be placed inside a pocket, waistband or secured to a belt. My greatest complaint is that body heat builds in the area of the holster and sweat will not evaporate from underneath it.
