I don't remember if I saw it on her blog or one of the comments here, but I will try it with pumpkin puree instead of the blue berries. I did see on her blog a version where she added a little protein powder for an extra protein kick. I will try that too; chocolate banana pancakes just sound good. Thanks for posting!!

They are delicious. I brown the meat just like beef, add my homemade seasoning (premade is too salty), and voila.

I had to Google this myself as I'm a LOTR nerd and was too curious to wait for an answer: http://home.insightbb.com/~eowynchallenge/Walk/walk.html I suppose you just keep track of your miles and then can say "I've made it from Hobbiton to Rivendell!" when you have accumulated 458 miles; then move on the next stage in the…

Unfortunately, yes that is just 74 calories. Society has generalized the Kcal to just calorie. So when a serving of peanuts is 170 calories per 1/4 cup, it's 170 Kcals scientifically speaking. I had a similar moment... like "YEAH!!!" :: research :: "crap". However, the game is using very generalized information…

Greek yogurt and Sriacha to taste. On a sandwich, lettuce leaf, crackers, or right out of the bowl!!

Cabbage soup. If only veggies are used it's super low calorie.

Last kid that appears to be under 10 yrs old gets the rest of the bowl. Kid thinks Christmas was 2 months early, and I don't have 3k empty calories staring at me. Win/Win.

Yeah. My HRM isn't working so I'm not sure where my heart is at. Did 5.12 miles last night (longest ever). Feels like there is a college kegger going on in my sinus cavity since I got back from it. Will be like this until tomorrow probably and then nothing; like it never even happened.

Bump: I want such a recipe as well. And if there are ones that use peaches or cherries I'd take those as well... I'm not picky!!

^^^ this. I forgo the headlamp because "I've been running the same route all summer, I know where the sidewalk pitfalls are". Of course some kid is going to leave their skateboard out next week and I'll end up in the ER. I plan to get a headlamp. I also agree with staying on lit streets. I'm a guy and I do it for safety…

This happens to me two. I experimented with it; run every four days and only have the issues on those days. From google searching I found an article that stated it was due to the body flooding the bloodstream with histamine to force you from exerting yourself; defense measure. I asked my family doctor about this during my…

I made these for dinner last night. My wife really liked it aside from saying it was a little salty. I did use the lite soy sauce (50% less sodium). I think for my taste I might reduce the tomato paste as there was something that hit my tongue weird. With that said; I will make this again as it was good. I served this over…

Sriracha Tuna 2 cans tuna in water, drained 1/2 cup Greek yogurt ( I use either Fage or Chobani) 5 tsp Sriracha (little more, little less; to taste pretty much) Mix all well. I either make my sandwich with Ezekiel break or romaine lettuce depending on my intake for the day.

I used to land on my heels. My knees would kill me afterwards. Did that for two runs, read up on running "posture" and found the land mid-foot beneath your center of gravity stuff. Knees have ZERO pain now, I can run/jog longer and for greater distance. I have tried sprinting 100 meters a few times and I remember landing…

There is no standard way to convert this as grams measure weight and cups measure volume. With that said you could weigh 85g of the particular pasta you want to know the volume of, cook it, strain it, and then measure it by the cup. It will be different with different noodle types; spaghetti vs macaroni vs linguine vs…
