I need to make this as a suggestion, but I'll state it here first. I will say that adding a new recipe is tedious. It would be nicer if you could add many items at once. These sound really, really good. I have a question. In the banana line it says "For all substitution notes on this recipe, see nutrition link below." As my wife absolutely hates bananas I'm wondering what I can sub in for this "wet" ingredient. Was this recipe from another site that has a generic link to their substitution…

Should be able to get sriracha from Kroger or whatever big name grocer/"spartan store" you have where you live. I've never bought it from an Asian market, and I get it all the time and put it on most things a hot sauce would apply. @OP: Thanks for the recipe!!

Wanted to check in with the thread again. The Warrior Dash was AWESOME!!! As a still bigger dude I'm not fast, but I finished 59 minutes and some change. I was crazy fun, I still feel a natural high from Sunday, and am contemplating signing up for the September race.

While I do agree that life is too short to drink crap beer... I save my good beer drinking for the weekends and celebrations for doing stuff around the house. I'm signed up for the 28th myself. This will be my first 5K ever. I've been training with my normal weight lifting routine and using the "Zombies, RUN!! 5K" app. I'm about to finish workout week 6 in the app tomorrow morning. I"m really excited to run this race!

I've found Coors Light and Miller Lite are the most calorie friendly and also drinkable. That's my go-to happy hour with the guys at work beer. The only one I've ever used is the Zombies, Run! 5k Training. Just did the week five workout one this morning. I like it. The story makes it interesting, and if you like it, there are two other apps that are games that reward you for your real world running.
