5 Minute Summery Sundae
Options
I thought I'd share this recipe that I use as an ultra-quick pudding in the summer.
Each sundae is approx 200 calories (depending on the brands of ingredients you use there'll be small variations), 11g protein.
Ingredients:
100g fat-free plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
3 Amaretti biscuits (I used Doria)
4-5 Strawberries
1 Tablespoon Lemon Curd (I used Tesco Finest)
You'll also need something like a wine-glass for your sundae to go in.
Method:
* Crumble the Amaretti biscuits into the bottom of the glass
* Mix the tablespoon of Lemon Curd into the Greek Yogurt and spoon over the crumbled biscuits
* Top with strawberries
Done!
