The only one I've ever used is the Zombies, Run! 5k Training. Just did the week five workout one this morning. I like it. The story makes it interesting, and if you like it, there are two other apps that are games that reward you for your real world running.

I eat it with their frozen greek yogurt. Damn tasty. Edit: meant to quote OP's question of "what do you put the cookie butter on?".

The one in my gym has a chart with how much weight is displaces by each plate. So with the pin in the 10 plate it is not displacing 100 lbs but more like 48 or something like that. The pulleys are providing some extra leverage. You could google the machine name, or go with the above poster and just set it to a challenging…

Posture was my problem; heel striking instead of midfoot. Once I corrected that my knees stopped complaining. I agree with the warm up & cool down walking and stretching as that has also helped my overall "feeling good" after jogging/running. Good luck and I hope you continue to enjoy the hobby! *Edit: dynamic stretches…

This song is tight. Yes, I just used tight to describe a song. Here is a streaming link: http://www.themusicninja.com/new-daft-punk-get-lucky-feat-pharrell-nile-rodgers/

Just had pumpkin pie pop tart with lunch and it was magical. I literally forgot I was at work for a moment. Magical. Eff those other things. Eff them with a pop tart.

All of the above are true. I'd like to add that a measuring cup is a measure of VOLUME and NOT WEIGHT; like measuring spoons. So while it is true that there are 8 ounces in a cup, those are VOLUME ounces. The sure fire way to be exact is to measure all liquids by volume and all solids by weight. I practice what I preach…

We need a pop-tart and ice cream love group. Since the last thread I found the Pumpkin Pie, Gingerbread, and Marshmallow and Hot Cocoa pop tarts at a local Big Lot. I wanted to share my job and pics, but the thread was locked. WE NEED A PLACE TO ADORE THESE TARTS!!! Ice cream too. That ****e is good. I need to try it with…

Why not make bacon ice cream and put it between the chocolate fudge pop tarts?

Tell me about it. Two dollar stores and two different independent grocers and no dice. Still having a staring contest with my settled for chocolate chip cookie dough pop tart. This thing is on death row with no chance of the governor stepping in. After my workout justice will be served.

I was unable to find the pumpkin pie or red velvet pop tarts last night in a four store search. I settled for chocolate chip cookie dough pop tarts. I have brought one with me to work to have as a post work out. Its staring at me. I'm staring at it. After my 5/3/1 deadlift session... this SOB is going DOWN!!!

I am stopping by a few dollar stores on the way home from work tonight to try and find the Red Velvet Pop Tarts. Worst case I'll stop at my local grocer and get smores or cherry. All because of this thread. Thanks OP and other for their input and suggestions. Tart on my friends.

I chew them off like a squirrel and then eat the frosted center. Every. Damn. Time.
-
NO kidding!! I must find these tarts!! Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I will report back on their splendor should I be victorious.

FFS... now you guys are telling me there are pumpkin pie pop tarts??!!??!! Where besides amazon are you all getting these from? I want to try these but I"m not sure about the 'freshness" of ordering food from amazon. Yea, I know... the chemicals will keep them good... but I've had stale pop tarts, and those things are NO…

For real people... where in the blue hell are you all finding red velvet pop tarts? I'm in SE Michigan and I've been all over my area. They. Do. Not. Exist!!! I want to try them very badly. Maybe add them to my diet on the regular if they are as good I as imagine them to be. Which is like reliving my wedding day, college…
