Although my ticker doesn't show it, I have actually lost 135 pounds from my highest weight0

Me, although I'm struggling at the moment, hit a huge plateau a few months back following surgery on my foot, but in the 'old days' I'd have put the weight back on and more by now, so I'm holding my own, and trying to stay positive!0

I started this journey nearly 1 1/2 years ago. No longer on blood pressure meds. I am training for a 10K on July 4th. I have more to go and now know I will get there and stay there because the changes I have made are lifestyle changes, not changes just to lose weight.0

No surgery here, just a year and a half of grinding0 -
Proud to be in the company of so many amazing people.
Unlike some, I knew it was going to happen. Once I made the decision to do it, I was either going to lose the weight, or I was going to die trying (and there were some days I felt sure I was going to die!).
No surgery.0 -

I lost 115 from Jan 2011 to June 2012. I put 35lbs back on over the last year, because I got lazy and now I'm working hard to get it back off.0

Me me me me!
9 months in, 116 pounds down, about 40-50 (?) more to go.
Former couch potato now training for a 10K.
Cuh-razy, right?
No surgery. Just counting calories and exercising. And a 12-step program for food addiction.
