I started on March 8 2011 at 344. As of April 8 2012 I'm sitting at 255.8. My goal is shopping in "Mens" instead of "Big Mens" departments. I've slowed a bit due to some personal life issues, but once I can refocus my will power I should be back on track.

Vodka, diet tonic, lime. The calories are only coming from the vodka and the wedge of lime in each drink. This is a staple of mine for "bar night". Congrats and enjoy!!!

It helps by saving time looking at all the products. For example... I picked out what I thought was a "good" jelly, scanned it with the app, and found out a product two items over was actually better. I find it's a time saver... and I like the products it grades as better. :-D

Here's my weigh in... Starting Weight: 265.0 Dec. 02: 266.6 Dec. 09: 263.2 Dec. 16: 267.2 Work potluck and "unofficial" Christmas party on Thursday really messed me up. I'd like to say it was all the sodium, but that's yet to be proved. I'll be hitting the gym extra hard this week.

Thanks!! I'm trying not to get busted up by what the scale says; if I wasn't so scientific I'd swear it lies 80% of the time. I was trying the lb a week goal, but I think I'll just set mini food/exercise goals and let that "effect the bottom line" so to speak. You are right; we all will do this!!!! :-D

High protein after a workout is a good idea. Burns long (feel full) and is needed for muscle repair.
