The wife and I tried these this evening. We used Betty Crocker Low Fat Fudge Brownie mix, and Spartan Black Beans. I ate like crap this weekend. It was the wife and I's first wedding anniversary and we went back to the place where I proposed to her. I got to see Tool at Ozzfest right after Aenima came out. Saw APC right after Mer de Noms. Both were AMAZING!! I have never seen Foo Fighters live yet. Almost caught them when they came through Detroit in September, but my father was in the hospital so I'll have to watch for them to come through again.

Have to say "yay". As a person who usually gets sinus infections twice a year, I use one all the time. I've been able to knock out the frequency (less than one a year now), and when I do get one it's duration is about a week verses two/two and a half weeks. :: two thumbs up ::
