I eat their cereals (Island Vanilla and Cinnamon Harvest) almost every morning. Their TLC crackers are AWESOME; fire roasted vegetable, asiago cheese, and the original seven grain are great with some cheese squares. If you have a sweet tooth their cookies (trail mix and dark chocolate) are a good fix for the sweet tooth.…

Just tried this last week. It IS awesome. Also, the Venetian apricot chicken is really good; calorie-wise ask for the lunch portion

I personally treat my food diary like a real diary. I don't share my real diary with anyone either. I do have my diary set with a lock code though so if a friend is really curious I can open it to just them. I believe it is a personal choice. That and the first time someone would try to "lecture" me because I went to BDubs…

This sounds really great and quick. Thanks!!! But to the point of this post; don't sweat it. There will be over days. Just pick back up on the next meal where you left off and don't look back. Water is a must, but if you are posting here you know that already. One late night snack won't sink your ship.

I've heard a lot of good around the office about the C25K app. I'm going to get it once this move is over.

You don't have to avoid the B.R.A.T. foods. The reason behind eating those if you have diarrhea is because those foods are very easy for the digestive track to process. The idea is to give the DT a rest so it will naturally calm down. It doesn't actually "brick you up".

Bump for after my move.

Super noticeable difference. Keep up the good work because it is certainly paying off!!!

I don't normally advocate violence; but you could have slapped her and I don't think anyone would have minded. That level of rudeness and blatant lack of respect for another human needs a higher than normal repercussion.

Considering there is a shop on the first floor of my work this is REALLY good news!!!

I have to agree. I've had a lot of personal bad stuff go on in the last two weeks. Tuesday night I hit my breaking point and went out with the guys to de-stress... Buffalo Wild Wings.... part of a chips and salsa appetizer, 18 chicken wings, and a top shelf long island. I'm still the same weight as I was on Monday because…

They have a listing of their nutritional info on their site via a PDF. Sit down before you look at it though. The Shinerbock burger and fries is like 2100 cals. I used to order that when the wife and I went there. It's depressing to think I ate that much in one meal. Here's a link:…
