100 Wall Balls for a warm-up? Ugh... I hate-I mean, love Wall Balls.

I just started the diet 5 days ago, and I was really nervous to start because I was such a high-carb eater... but it really hasn't been too bad! I have been able to eat some delicious food and I haven't felt hungry at all! I've also been able to eat stuff I've been avoiding for years, like bacon, butter and steak. I've…

I'm sure that everyone is different. I hope you don't have to experience this carb-flu! I had a very high-carb lifestyle before, which has to be the reason why I'm feeling this way.

You are brave! I haven't been able to give up the coffee yet! I can only imagine how bad I'd feel if I did. I am only having one cup of black coffee per day, unlike my usual 2-3 with cream and sugar...

The fatigue started at the end of the second day, and the headache on the third day. I've been around or under 50g of carbs each day.

I just bought Practical Paleo, and I really liked the few recipes that I've tried!

I did the Tough Mudder in 2011, and when it came to the shock therapy part... I didn't feel anything. Not a single shock. I don't know if they shut them off or something, but I didn't feel a thing. I am doing it again this year, so I'll have to see if things change. My personal advice, I'd wear a shirt. You are crawling on…

I drink cold water with half a lemon squeezed into it in the morning... I don't know if it's helped with weight loss, but it's helped me curb my diet soda habit and my skin looks better!

Love it! The Chicken Taco Chili is one of my all-time favorite recipes!

I agree with the once a week weigh-ins. Plus, depending on what time of month it is... you could be holding some water weight for a few days or something.
-
I'd love to try a Warrior Dash sometime, too!

University of Utah... GO UTES!!

I go to a Crossfit box and the eye candy factor is very, very high! : ) Lots of good looking men at Crossfit.

I completed the Tough Mudder in 2011. I was probably in the worst shape of my life and struggled all the way... but I finished! I'm going to try the Mudder again in October 2012. I'm in the best "athletic" shape of my life right now, and I'm hoping to smash my last Tough Mudder performance!

This! Toning your muscles are one of the best things you can do. 1lb. of muscle takes up a lot less space than 1lb. of fat.

I don't know if diet soda makes you gain weight, but I believe there is some pretty good evidence that it makes you bloat. Not to mention that diet soda is full of chemicals that probably aren't the best for you... but don't get me wrong, I LOVE diet soda. I was drinking 1-2 a day, and stopped drinking them a number of…

There is a cookbook called "Deceptively Delicious". It was written by a woman who wanted to sneak more veggies into her kids meals. So, she basically uses a food processor to seriously mash up/blend the veggies and add them into recipes. You could check out doing something like that, especially if you already like to cook.

You could try something that is chocolatey, but a healthier version. Maybe low-fat chocolate frozen yogurt or a small cup of jell-o chocolate pudding.

I agree on asking a trainer, and they should give you a free intro session or two. Books are okay, but a trainer can really help you with the form and show you the proper way to operate the machines. And don't worry about looking stupid. Everyone was new to the weight lifting at one point!

French fries, fried pickles, buffalo wings, chips and queso... pretty much any kind of "bar food" you can think of!

Weight training is excellent for so many reasons. The more muscle you have, the more efficiently you burn calories. I've always combined strength training and cardio. It's a winning combination. You don't have to exclusively lift weights either. Resistance training, squats, push-ups, etc. help build muscle too!

I eat it with apple slices.

I want to be healthier, more athletic, and (of course) to look better.

Usually, it's a tall skinny Mocha Latte. I think it is around 100 calories.

For just my husband and myself, we spend about $90.00 per week on groceries and eat out 1-2 times per week.
-
Crossfit around three times per week. I also hit the treadmill 2-3 times per week for around 30 minutes.

I love a Kashi Blueberry waffle with jam and a Morning Star Farms Maple Sausage patty.

That totally happened to me after my first fall! I'm still working to get over my mental block!
