mine is GmeB. while setting MFP up,I kept putting in user names (about 10) of them,and it kept telling me they were already used.about to give up,I hastily put GmeB in meaning give me a break!

I work in a restaurant,and the only thing I can suggest is requesting that your order be specialized to fit your needs. No butter,cheese,prep,etc..... We never mind changing things up for you.I'm sure you'll run into places that won't,be aware of them,and avoid them

I make a huge container of tossed salad on the weekend,and have some when I get the gnawing of unsatiable hunger. fill up with that and your meals will be smaller and more filling

wrap in foil,bake @400 for 1 1/2 hours. they "leak" so put foil also on pan you are using to bake them. mix some sugar,and cinnamon together and put on top.
