Day 3 today kicked my butt. I was doing good if you don't pay attention to how many times I dropped down in child's pose panting. I was glad to be done until he sprung the 8 hop squats and 8 push ups on me.

I do the same thing. It's a bad habit. At night, I like to sit on my couch, watch TV, and eat everything. I did really good yesterday; worked out, ate good, then sat down and ate a bunch of random stuff. Trying to break the habit by drinking water and keeping only good food in my fridge and not getting up to get my keys…

I use mine while I work out. Sometimes it does seem like the calorie count isn't that accurate. I think it may be related to where you put it. It seems more accurate when it's on my waist rather than on my wrist.
