I have never done it consistently, therefore I haven't gotten past the first level but I do like it. I wouldn't want to do it every day but its a good addition to your workout routine so you do not get bored. AND it is great because it is only 20 minutes!

I have tried to do that but I am starving shortly after. I usually use it as a "supplement" and not a "replacement" but if you are getting all the nutrients you need and you are feeling good I don't see why it wouldn't be acceptable to use it as a replacement. I definitely understand where you are coming from. I would suggest eating at least some of your working out calories, they are there for a reason. If you go at this 150% and completely restrict yourself you are going to end up feeling tired and hungry all the time and you won't stick with it. I have the exact opposite problem...no matter what I do I am always way over my carbs and under my protein. I'm always trying to fix and or reverse it, what kind of things do you eat?

You could mix it with either plain or vanilla low fat greek yogurt. I tried it this morning with the chocolate kind I use. You have to stir it for awhile due to the powder but I thought it was pretty good. And you will add a little extra protein since greek yogurt has more protein then regular yogurt.
