5k in 3 weeks
I am running a 5k in 3 weeks (May 20th) and I have been running and working out consistently but I am wondering if anyone has a three week program that will get me ready? The goal is to run the entire thing, no walking. Right now I can run a mile in about 9-10 minutes but I am struggling with the endurance part.

Greek yogurt/salmon/spinach sandwich
So I tried eating a pink salmon (canned) and greek yogurt sandwich w/ spinach tonight and would like to eat it for 2 lunches this week BUT I had a really hard time choking it down. Any suggestions of spices to add to make it more edible? Thanks!

Eggs
I have been eating eggs for breakfast a lot lately. I either buy the liquid egg whites or use a whole large egg and a large egg white. When others eat eggs do they do the liquid or whole eggs? Why? Just curious which is better for you etc....

1500 pushups by February 4th
So I feel like I have been setting myself up to fail. I have these goals about how much weight I want to lose and incentives once I reach small goals but it just isn't working. I work very inconsistent hours (like 8am to 10pm some days etc.) so it is hard to keep a structured work out and eating routine. So I am going to…

Getting below that number that haunts me
Today I weighed-in and the number on the scale read 160. Which is exciting because it means that I have lost 4 lbs since starting MFP but it is also scary because 160 is a number that I haven't been below since 6 or 7 years ago. Every time I attempt to diet, eat right, exercise, change my lifestyle etc. I do really well…
