Isn't is great when you run into friends who haven't seen you for a while?

You mean you are 1/3 of the way to your goal already? Great job!

I suggest sandwiching in two walks a day of 10 minutes each. It's a small new habit, but it works wonders over time. Also, it seems like you are eating lots of veggies, so I don't know why you would need to take extra fiber and I see it twice a day many days. Just a thought. Hang in there!

Having some zone style snacks in the fridge at work really helps me. When everyone else starts to hit the cookies, I have something like babybel light cheese (already portioned for you), or a greek yogurt (watch how much sugar) or some low fat cottage cheese and some grapes or strawberries or even better a Green apple…

Turn your casserole into a frittata (lots of receipes onlne including from food network) add tons of veggies and some cumin.

Green apple and a cheese stick are a quick snack. Cheese won't go bad in your purse/backpack for just a morning. In the eating in your car on the way (if you're like me) some cottage cheese with cinnamon and nuts (just toss container when you get there) is super easy.

Cabots extra sharp cheddar, which is white. It's so tasty I can eat less

I have, when someone has made a Subway run and I'm desperate. just eaten the middle of the sandwich. (Not great, but better than turning to candy.)

The grilled chicken salad at Carl's Jr. wasn't bad. Also, most fast food places have a Nutritional Information sheet. If you're going inside (and why not take the few extra steps, you can ask for it.) It really helps with better food choices.
