How to eat well at Debate tournaments?

I'm a speech geek. A forensics nerd. A master debater.
Since school began a month ago, I feel like I NEVER have the time to exercise (whoever said senior year is a blow off year is a dirty, filthy liar), but even that was okay, because I'm still decently active and have been eating well.
And then the competitions started. I'll be competing almost non-stop from around 3:00-10:00 on Fridays, and from around 8:00-7:00 on Saturdays. 3 weeks a month. Concessions are my lifeline--but they're DEFINITELY not healthy. I don't want to undo all the progress I made over the Summer.
I've tried to make little lunches for myself on those days, but I'm always too exhausted on Friday to even think of it. What are some foods I can pack that are quick to make and even quicker to eat (preferably that don't need to be refrigerated or heated, because I won't have access to kitchen appliances of any sort)?
Also, how do I avoid the temptation of greasy, warm food at Concessions?

Green apple and a cheese stick are a quick snack. Cheese won't go bad in your purse/backpack for just a morning. In the eating in your car on the way (if you're like me) some cottage cheese with cinnamon and nuts (just toss container when you get there) is super easy.0

Buy an insulated lunch bag and some ice packs. Then you don't need to worry too much about a fridge.
Baby carrots and hummus
olives, grape tomatoes and cucumber slices
yogurt-you can buy the SImply Go-gurt in tubes and freeze them. Toss one in your bag and by lunch it will be cold, but not frozen.0
