I do daily on my wii fit board. I like having the line graph it creates to see trending. The daily fluctuations do not bother me when I can see history and trends.

Market pantry chocolate whey from Target. Ingredients look like the others and tastes like chocolate milk. It doesn't have the funky protein powder aftertaste at all.

Earlier I seasoned my eggs with zatarans creole seasoning.. laid off of that, and I've never added table salt to anything. Sometimes if I get a bout of the munchees I'll have a slice of lunch meat or something like that. I figured it was better than candy or some other empty calorie snack. The journey continues.

That was kind of my issue too.... I feel like I've been eating at least semi decent. I enter items with the most confirmations, or use the barcode scanner on my phone.

I'm in the Air National Guard. Max waist limit is 39 inches. I'm a touch over 40. Tried to use a Preparation H and saran wrap trick to suck up the last inch before testing. That did it for me. I felt ridiculous.

Muscle weighs more than fat by volume. Its more dense. Meaning if you fill a #10 can of fat and another #10 can of muscle the can of muscle will weigh more.

I eat peanut butter as a backup... Almond butter is where it's at. If I'm out of AB, then PB holds me over til I get to the store.

Watch your caloric goal when you add exercise. It adds them. Eat them, or at least a good portion of them.

However, they're likely more accurate than MFP's estimates that measured absolutely nothing on your workout aside from time and perceived intensity of the person entering the data.

Some people are more concerned with losing weight more so than being healthy.

Put this in the database and chekc out the nutritionals. Trader Joe's - Low Fat Parmesan Ranch Dressing It is low fat, but NOT loaded with sugar either to make up for it.
