I DO NOT like it plain with just water added, however when added to a smoothie, or put some jelly/jam/preserves on bread and sprinkle it on it's powdery heaven.

I think it tends to also depend on how much weight you have to lose. Someone needing to lose 150lbs may not need to eat as may exercise calories back as someone needing to lose only 25. I eat all of mine back when I can, if I can't I certainly make a nice dent in them. YMMV

Bran buds are the king of fiber... Before I knew how much fiber they had I had a huge bowl of them. I was starving and they were close. I bet I had 3 cups in the bowl with a serving being 2/3 cup. It was an interesting day or two after that....

During the start stop cycles of c25k I say "run" when i run and "walk" when I walk. If she starts getting ahead of me I say "walK" and give the leash a little tug and she slows down. She's to the point now when I say walk, I need no tug and when I say run, she starts to jog.... I like it.

She's not terribly over. Shes a rott mix, not sure what the other part is, but we're thinking pitbull. She's not made for super long distance running so I think the 5k goal is good for her. She looks mostly like a small rottweiler, but doesn't have quite the large head or muscular bulk in the shoulders.

Keeps me motivated knowing what level of working out I'm doing. The calorie counts come 2nd, to knowing that right intensity of the workout.

I cook all my veggies in extra virgin olive oil.. It's pretty good stuff for the body and if you're having issues getting caloirs it's about 120 calories for a table spoon. Good fat with omega3.

This is because the website calculates in your deficit with no regard to your exercise.... One of the other posts in this thread explained it very well.

Dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol don't correlate as closely as once thought. Eating an egg yolk or two a day will have very little if any effect on blood readings. That's the current thought anyway.
