It's 3 miles. Eat what you normally would eat. You won't run into carb refueling issues for many more miles.

Call it a "spike day" and get back to it tomorrow. Try not to make it a regular thing.

Just as you did, she'll have to figure it out for herself and make the change for herself. I've seen too many people try to change for others only to resent them later for it or just relapse...

Girlscout cookies here were preordered based on past years. Deliveries were made upon making the order.

In the p90x documentation they say to add 600 calories to your diet on days you do the workouts.... *Shrug*

Fun haters are a turn off too. Loosen up some. If you don't like a song on the radio or a TV show turn the station; don't like a thread in a forum, go read something else.

Every one of the four varieties of whonu (Chocolate, Crispy, Soft & Chewy, and Vanilla) contains artificial flavors, hydrogenated oils, and chemicals like monocalcium phosphate, monoglycerides, and polydextrose. (Polydextrose, according to Wikipedia, is “an indigestable synthetic polymer of glucose. No thanks.

I think that was her point, that 1000 calories isn't really a binge, that a normal meal sometimes contain the amount she was calling a binge, and to additionally illustrate the importance of logging everything.

The weight loss companies are looking for who can get the biggest celebrities in their ads rather than focusing on the reason (supposedly) why they exist.

People who want it find a way, people who don't find an excuse.

Our local county government website has a place for a birth certificate request. Make the request, send the required information/pay the fee and in a couple of weeks the certificate is in the mailbox. I'm not sure on passport info.

You know I'm not sure about that, for me anyway. I was eating much less before MFP than I am now and never was terribly hungry. After about three weeks on here, eating appropriate levels of food, I'm hungry throughout the day. My only guess is my metabolism has ramped up and is actually working as intended with the proper…

If I recall correctly the carbonation in itself has nothing to do with it. I believe it has to do with the levels of phosphoric acid that is in cola type carbonated drinks. Things like club soda which is merely carbonated water should have no negative impact on bone density.

Nice weird al reference.

I think many put too much emphasis on what the scale reads. If we'd all toss the scale and just take measurements we'd all likely be better off.

This is why binges should be logged. Just because you don't log them doesn't mean it didn't happen....

I'm not sure that I'd take diet advice from a Dr/Dietitian that was 450lbs himself...

I only use PB2 for convenience, and even then not all the time. Sometimes just measuring a tablespoon of powder is easier than the mess of the real deal. It just depends on my motivation level at the time and what I'm doing with it.

I'm not brand specific. I read the ingedients and if it's either "peanuts", or "peanuts, salt", in that order, I'm good.

Yes... Water mixed with whatever is still water. As soon as you drink plain water it mixes with whatever is in your belly, does that make it any less water?

Same happened to me. I just reset the program on my phone and started at week one day one. Even though it was easy I wanted the muscles to build slowly and get used to it to curb some of the soreness of just busting out with it in the middle. With that being said I do the total count if I can, then once I get to a point…

You're assuming "hubby" just "puts up his feet", nice. No he does nothing except watch the little woman do all her womans work right? There's no yard to be mowed, house or car maintenance to do or anything like that; just fat and happy on the recliner. Marriage is a partnership. Sometimes you have to do stuff for the other…

I feel perfectly fine, and even if I'm a touch over some days it's ok too.

Three sides to every argument.. Side A, Side B, and the truth...

the 665 is probably the boot camp exercise calories. Check your calculations, subtract the 665 and see if thats closer. I know with p90x they say add about 600 calories on workout days.
