Most of your HRM's don't do well in water at all. The electrodes need to be damp to work right, but being submerged is too much of a disruption in the electrical signal to be accurate, from what I've found. I'll keep an eye on this to see if anyone posts different findings.

Just use mayo, the real stuff, or miracle whip. It's only a tablespoon or two and easily fits into the log. Please note that if you use fat free the fat is replaced with a LOT of sugar. Or use mustard.

I played from open beta til 2011. I went on a deployment with the guard unit I belong to and I was so far behind and so much had changed that I felt too far gone to even want to try to catch up. Was undead healing priest.

Plus you support your local businesses that gave you the free fitting. If everyone did what you originally suggested they'd go out of business.

I wasn't trying to argue the point. I wanted merely to illustrate that these types of things are being looked into by the "powers that be". Even if it is geared more toward training rather than calorie counting, I think it's still a step in the right direction and a level above a HRM that simply does the math for you to…

Here's a link that speaks of firstbeat specifically to garmin units... http://www.firstbeat.fi/consumers/heart-rate-monitors/garmin-heart-rate-monitors

Garmin is trying to work with this in some of their newer products. They've teamed with http://www.firstbeat.fi/ to get stress and intensity calculated into their units and factor that in with heart-rate to give more accurate calorie burn info and gives you a "Training effect" number that lets you know if your workout is…

What kind of turkey? Is it pieces of turkey from a whole bird, or slices? I've never had an issue looking up turkey in the food database. If you have a smartphone you can put the app on it and give the barcode reader a try if you have the packaging that came with the turkey.

I agree. I don't get all the personal drama on the motivation and support area. It's supposed to be for fitness/weight management motivation and support. Not support about your personal drama with your significant other or friends issues; of course unless it's causing issues with your fitness/diet.

The key here is "under the supervision of a doctor" and what he has done.

Give the below website a try... It's a lot of vibram becaue of the widespread nature of the VFF;s, but they cover all minimalist shoes... http://birthdayshoes.com/ Chip

The lack of some people lack of understanding this is mind boggling.

Keep doing what you're doing. You cannot target a specific location on your body for fat loss.

As far as I knew carbonated water, such as plain club soda, was neutral. Soda/pop/whatever is very high in phosphoric acid though which has nothing to do with the carbonation.

GIve it a read and see if it applies to you . Ask a trainer or google if you are "overtraining" for more info... http://www.marksdailyapple.com/overtraining/#axzz1mYB7QzLL

I agree with what you did, as it was after you put in the work to lose the weight. Looks good!

Look up Quarn products. Good stuff.

Eat what you want, make sure it fits into your log, log it, and move on. If it fits it's not "cheating".

Bad days happen. There are days I can run 5 miles and days where I want to drop dead at 1.5 miles... When you're down for injury and take a few days off you cannot get back out and start right where you left off. Slow down a little, shorten your distance a little. The beauty of c25k is you can do time or distance. I did…

Not sure how to answer this question. You're 16, you still have physical growing to do. You're going to gain more weight in that regard.

congrats! It feels good when you know you got something done the right way!

Best advice on this topic right here. ^^^^^^

Any bikeshop would be able to answer any questions you have on waht type of bike would be best based on what you want to do. A good bike shop will always allow a test ride too, if they don't find another shop.

Accept them, then defriend them the next day and see how long it takes to notice.... Could be a fun game.
-
Try it and see. It's a tool to use if you want to, but it's be no means required.
-
You know targeted fat loss is impossible right?
-
To the OP: I'm sorry this isn't related to your question directly, but... loose = not tight lose = to get rid of Again, I'm sorry to be "that guy".

Good luck.

Well, I'm not doing this for anyone else so I don't really care whether they're supportive or not. That's just me though.

I wasn't saying that either was ok. I just find the general public funny in whats appearently ok with them and what's not.
