Honestly... its more of a "no choice" situation that "motivation". You have to work, you have to eat, you have to clean...so you drag yourself out of bed and do it.

I work out whenever I have an hour or 2 to spare. Sometimes its in the morning, sometimes the afternoon...but lately its been at about 10pm coz I'm fasting all day. Generally, I prefer working out in the morning. I take a shower right after & there's no lingering odor for the rest of the day.

You can get great abs just by doing sit-ups, crunches & jack-knives. That's all I've been doing for the abs region since Feb and I have extremely defined abs, almost a 6-pack now.

I exaggerated a little bit when I said "sudden" muscle gain. It didn't happen overnight, it was over a stretch of 3-4 months. I just thought it was a rather high number for muscle gain. I guess the real key to weight loss is in the diet. Thanks for the info & tips. I won't let these "meezly" extra lbs get me down ;)

hahaha... that's so hilarious. Lucky it was late at night!! I had a similar situation a long time ago... only it was daytime and I was wearing a skirt - And I was in a room FULL of students! I've been running....not jogging, full on running. its been about a month, the only difference I see are the sculptured calve muscles. Yes, thats correct. Pregnant & breast-feeding mothers are exempt as they have to be healthy & well fed for the 'lil ones. As for the water, we definitely can't drink any or the fast is broken. Nothing is allowed to touch your lips once you start fasting. You can't even brush your teeth - total nothing. Polliesgirl...…
