I've been struggling with the same issue. It's not just the eating it's also drinking. I do not drink at all during the week, but come the weekend I am meeting people for happy hour or just a night of going out and dancing which leads to drinking. :drinker: and it's killing me.

It could be that your body has adapted to that routine. Try a new exercise, hopefully that will jump start your body back in to losing. Best of luck!

I'm 4'11 and my goal weight for now is 130. That is quite an accomplishment from the 170 I am. I figure when I do get to that weight I can then adjust my goal as needed.

I'm 5ft Just started on here today. My weight is 170 I want to get down to about 115, but to start set my goal as 130.
