Sure you could have a couple with 584 left! How many calories can it have? 140 for the rum? A couple of teaspoons of sugars, some mint, lime and a touch of soda.

I can burn 1050 in an hour on there. Weight makes a huge difference!

For a "standard" person trying to lose weight i think BMI is pretty good as a goal. For example my goal is to move from the Obese to overweight category. But when people get near the target from overweight to healthy i think things become skewed a little bit, some people who are deemed overweight seems perfectly healthy. I…

Thats a crazy price for Cherries, i love them (help with Gout apparently, but i remain skeptical). Morrisons have 250 g for a quid. But my wife and i have been doing this for 3 months and the shopping bills have rocketed, although we are eating out far less so i guess it works out cheaper!

Diced chicken breast in marinade of your choice, and a salad. And you have yourself a Shish Kebab.

This blog explains why you shouldn't use your HRM for strengh training! http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Azdak/view/hrms-cannot-count-calories-during-strength-training-17698

Search strengh training in cardio, and enter how many mins you performed.

My mate works in the warburtons factory, and the weight watchers bread they make is exactly the same as their normal bread expect the size. I like the Warburtons Thins and their Square Wraps.

I drilled a new hole in mine the other day, was very satisfying!

I started to wear a really tight vest under my shirt, has done the trick. Wish someone had told me!

If you go the cherry juice root, make sure its the type you get from the health food shops (very expensive), you need to dilute it down. Im told the other stuff doesnt work.

The bridge to 10k might be good for you. It takes 6 weeks to complete! The first week looks like this.... Week 1 Duration: 53 min. Run 10 min/walk 1 min Repeat x 4.

I'd probably say i dont normally, so ive basically switch the types of food i eat as apposed to the quantity or anything. BUT if i have a hangover i do crave all sorts of food that arent good for you. Normally a fry-up. But day to day im fine.

Hey, i was diagnoised at 23 so anyone can get it. The pain is unbelivable. I read somewhere that quick weight loss can cause gout attacks, and i've had one attack in the last 7 weeks. Im supposed to take allopurinol and colchicine everyday, but have stopped the colchicine and just have it when i get an attack (because its…

Nuts are an excellent source of Protein, fat (good fats i think) and are packed with calories. It could be a healthyish way to get that many calories in.

Are you in the UK by any chance? Aldi has a horrible repuation here, not sure why. Its quite funny that the the concept of putting money in a trolley is so alien to Americans. We have to do it more of less everywhere, must be alot of thieves in London!

I always thought this aswell, can't get too much though, i suppose.
-
I for some reason thought it would be cheating, so stop and start it after i get off each machine, and then end it once the finish on the last machine!
-
I am much heavier than you, and with an Average Heart Rate of 148 i burned 412 cal in 28 mins on the treadmill. So it may well be correct.
-
No that doesnt sound close to being correct, thats a crazy resting pulse. I have the same HRM. Have you wetted the strap? ill put mine on for half an hour and tell you the results

Apparently not, this blog explains why http://www.myfitnesspal.com/blog/Azdak/view/hrms-cannot-count-calories-during-strength-training-17698

I'm delighted with the Polar FT4, seems to do everything i would want it to do, all the technical stuff (i.e tracking on MFP app and using HRM) is making this enjoyable for me. My HRM calorie burn is usually aboy 10-15% higher than the machines at the gym, so that was a nice bonus!

I'm just starting week 4, i tend to use the C25K days as my light cardio days (I burn about 400 calories doing a c25k session), and do 45 mins of cardio on the other days (burning about 700 calories). But i guess as C25K gets harder i might have to adjust this slightly.

Congratulations! Getting my BMI from obese to overweight is also my target.
