my boyfriend was put on remicade a few months ago, he just started getting his strength back, and is (starting today actually) coming to the gym with me! You look fabulous and have just given me even more motivation to work off and to love myself again! Thank you for sharing your story!

Just finished, I didn't want to today but I pushed myself to do it and now that I'm done I'm happy I did

Just finished day3 and I pushed myself harder today then I ever had before. Feels great!

i just finished mine! It is my second day, and I still have a nauseous feeling afterwards. Today, however, I was able to do everything full out (to the best of my ability) and am feeling great right now, sore, but great!

I have a few small goals. I start back to school on January 8 and I want to be 15 pounds lighter by then, but my end goal is to be 140 ( 65 pounds) by june23 it's going to be hard but I am willing to push and work hard at it!

I did yesterday and as soon as I finished eating I regretted it and kicked my butt today, I think it works great for me, but that may just be me

I don't have quite what you have but I have internal hemoroids (in my colon) and they can become very inflamed blocking food from passing through, it also causes a lot of pain and cramping....along with some other things that are kinda gross. My doctor just told me to use fiber, it helps some times but I know what you mean…
