Really... I'm always over according to MFP but I don't think I'm getting enough. I hope this doesn't offend anyone but ever since I started my diet almost 3 months ago i'm not too regular and I don't really understand why?

I think you're probably just a little bloated.. It happened to me when I first got it.. Give it a little more time.

I eat about 1200-1300 calories most of the time but sometimes im under at like 1000. I feel great and I have alot of energy but It does seem like alot.. Maybe I did just shock my body and thats the reason im loosing.. According to MFP Im not eating enough calories.. Im under by like 300-400 cals. Maybe I need to eat more…

ZUMBA Fitness (the game)!!!! I've been doing it for 2 months... I love it! I have the game for the x-box kinect but they have it for wii and ps3... According to my hrm I burn 600-750 calories per 45 minute session... I've lost 29 lbs on it. it's great!

I purchased a calorie counter watch to track those calories.. According to my age (33) I burn between 600-750 in 45 minutes according to that.. It depends on how intense the workout is.
